The total cost of the New Marlowe development is £25.5million. This includes the main works contract sum, professional fees, land costs and fit out.
The development will be funded by a combination of partnership funding from Canterbury City Council, Kent County Council, SEEDA, and The New Marlowe Theatre Development Trust.
