To start booking on-line for Marlowe Theatre shows, you need to activate your on-line account.
You can do this by visiting the Registration Page.
- You will be asked to enter your customer reference number and postcode. Enter both of these and click on the Logon on Using Supplied Details tab.
- You will then be taken to another page to set your password and update any address and mailing list details. You will need to enter an email address if you would like to book online.
- Once you have done this you are now registered for Marlowe on-line bookings.
- When booking in future you will be asked to log-on with your email address and the password you have created.
How Do I Find Out What My Customer Reference Number is?
If you joined as a Friend of the Marlowe after 22nd June 2009, then use the membership number on your Friends card when registering on this site.
If you joined as a Friend of the Marlowe before this date, or do not have a Friends membership, then request your customer reference number by phoning the Marlowe Theatre Box Office on 01227 787787 or by email at marlowetheatre@canterbury.gov.uk
Once you have been given your number, you will only have to enter it once. In the future you will log-on with your email address and the password that you have created.
